For Probate Professionals
We know your time is precious, and often your Probate work will form part of a wider Private Client caseload. We can remove the burden of the "time sappers" in the administration of an estate by providing you the ability to outsource specific tasks to us. In essence we will act as an extension to your firm's Probate Department, allowing you to be more nimble and proactive, maximising your efficiency and profitability, and affording your people the space to shine, all with the aim of enabling your Probate Department to be the very best it can be.
This could be to help you out of a tight spot, to provide an extra pair of hands to help things run more smoothly, or maybe even to support your ambition to expand and grow your Probate offering.
Whatever your reason, we'll be here to help, and our itemised fixed fee model provides maximum flexibility - there's no contract to be tied into, and no minimum requirement. Our approach also allows you to maintain control of the matter, the estate monies, and most importantly the client relationship whilst we handle the time consuming work in the background - all to assist you in providing a seamless service to your Probate clients.
For Charities
We are also here to help Charities where they're recipients of Gifts in Wills. We believe Charities are the very best of all of us, and with Adrian, our founder, having spent time working in the Legacy Team of a large national animal Charity, he's seen first-hand the amazing work our Charities do to protect and maximise those Gifts in Wills, to enable the continuation of the simply amazing work you all do. We therefore want to do our bit to help you, too.
